During the software development projects related to an enterprise's information systems,the relevant work of software requirements exist all across the whole life cycle of the software development.The quality of the requirement development and the efficiency of the requirement management directly impact the final success of each project.At the beginning,this paper introduces the concept of Software Requirement and the related impacts in software development projects.Secondly,the paper selects the requirement process of the project management on software development projects as a research object.The current situations of Requirement Engineering,both domestic and abroad,are learnt.The theories of requirement development and requirement management are collected.The common problems during requirement-related work are concluded.The“Human” factor,in the five key factors of Quality Management,is emphasized for its leading role in the requirement process.Thirdly,through the implementation of the requirement process in Company L's Call Center System Project,the typical requirement problems,found in the company's previous software development projects,are analyzed and researched.And then,optimization solutions are raised up for practice in this project.Finally,the paper concludes the research contents on Company L's Call Center System Project and proposes the well-being of Company L's future progress on other IT projects.The software Capacity Maturity Model Integration(CMMI)level is accordingly upgraded if the requirement process in Company L's project management is improved as suggested.As for the requirement process improvement of Company L's Call Center System Project,the theories of Requirement Engineering were firstly studied.With the questionnaire on the previous requirement process of Company L's software development projects,current typical problems in the requirement practices were analyzed.Possible reasons were pointed out from the users' feedback.Then,the optimization solutions on requirement analysis and requirement management of Company L's Call Center System Project were recommended.The solutions include these: communication preparation and knowledge building before requirement gathering,the method selection for the requirement analysis,the requirement priority analysis,the requirement review for verification process,the requirement change request,the requirement tracing matrix,etc.At last,the recommended solutions were practiced in Company L's Call Center System Project to validate the feasibility of the optimization options.
