Research On The Military Requirement Engineering Of Network Centric Warfare

This paper is rooted from practice of implementing the military requirement engineering of Network Centric Warfare. Firstly, it analyses the major problems existing in military requirement engineering of Network Centric Warfare. Through more deeply exploring of the Network Centric Warfare's concept, campaign principles and military requirement, this article analyses the characteristics of Network Centric Warfare and it's requirement, puts forward a framework of the Network Centric Warfare's military requirement engineering. Secondly, this paper chooses some important taches of the activities in Network Centric Warfare's military requirement engineering to do some individual researches, it proposes a military requirement acquirement method of Network Centric Warfare, including the elementary thoughts, basic contents and particular processes, based on the characteristics of Network Centric Warfare's military requirement acquirement. This paper puts forward a military requirement description framework of Network Centric Warfare which is based on multi-view, and it introduces the requirement framework's describing method detailedly. Finally, through applying the method proposed in this paper on a particular instance , we can verify this method's validity and applicability. The purpose of this article is that we can provide usable reference evidence for constructing the architecture of Network Centric Warfare.
