Diabetes is a chronic,life-long disease with many risk factors and complicated pathogenesis.Self-health management only in accordance with doctor's order is easy to ignore the active regulation during treatment and cause repeated illness.With the development of the mobile Internet in the medical direction,people's ability to accept new things has generally improved.Assisting health management through mobile Internet has become a new trend.Gamification is a new concept in recent years.It is mobilizing enthusiasm,improving self-efficacy,Giving play to its subjective initiative has unique advantages.At present,gamification has achieved remarkable results in many areas of application,especially in mobile application products.In order to help improve the execution and autonomy of self-health management of diabetic patients and improve their self-health management behaviors,this article proposes to introduce gamification into diabetic self-health mobile management products and improve the health management level of diabetic patients through interesting forms.Improve patient quality of life.This article first studies the current research status,basic concepts,and related theories of diabetes self-health management and gamification.From the analysis of the research,it is found that the key to diabetes self-health management is the motivation for behavior change.Gamification is an effective way to help behavior motivation.First,to provide a theoretical basis for strategic models and applications of gamification-involved self-health management of diabetes.Through a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods,the reasons affecting the self-health management of diabetes were investigated,as well as the self-health management needs of diabetic patients based on different behavioral stages and a summary analysis of typical patients.Use the eight core driving forces in the game theory octagonal behavior analysis method to extract the core driving forces that affect patients at different behavioral stages,and combine the flow theory model to build a gamified model of self-health management behaviors for diabetic patients,and analyze different behaviors.Gamification Strategy for Stages of Diabetes Based on the application model of gamification business field,combined with the actual characteristics of diabetes self-health management,the application process and method of gamification in diabetes self-health management mobile products were summarized.Finally,the application process and method were used to carry out a game about diabetes self-health management.Design Practices and Usability Testing of the Mobile App.The construction process of the gamified model of self-health management behaviors of diabetic patients in this study,and the proposed application process and method of gamified mobile products for diabetic self-health management,have certain reference value for related research and product design.This article studies the gamification of the health management of diabetic patients,not only to improve the health management behavior of diabetic patients,but also to help diabetic patients reduce serious consequences such as complications caused by lack of regular health management.The design of medical products for chronic diseases can combine interesting elements with patients 'daily lives,and use gamification to develop applications that can better promote patients' self-health management.
