The cultural and creative industry has become one of the most promising emerging industries in this century.Its related products are facing various problems such as poor profit models and serious homogeneity.Consumers individualized needs when purchasing products are increasing.The consumer economy has become increasingly prominent,and the customized services derived from it have become a hot service method due to the core concept of consumer needs.In response to the latest information trend,the development model of "Internet +" has derived an innovative development model of "gamification",transforming a single form of expression to a diversified expression.Therefore,the introduction of customized services and the development of cultural and creative products relying on gamification design processes provide target consumers with a unique experience model of co-creation and sharing.This research first analyzes current cultural and creative products,and introduces the concept of customized services for the optimization of homogenization problems,and introduces the MDA game design framework as the relevant theoretical basis for customized services.Secondly,the article integrates relevant research on cultural and creative products,customized services and gamification,and discusses the feasibility and effect of their combination.Furthermore,the article integrates and designs a corresponding comprehensive questionnaire,and analyzes users through the seven-step character method to determine user portraits.After that,it comprehensively analyzes the elements of cultural and creative product customization platform design,and creatively proposes an MDA design strategy that conforms to the cultural and creative customization platform.Finally,combined with the design framework of MDA,this research starts from the dimensions of game rules and information presentation methods,takes the establishment of a unique cultural and creative co-creation and sharing model as the design goal,and expands the design from the overall information layout and game rules.And carried out experimental verification.The design strategy of the integration of gamification and traditional cultural and creative products proposed in this research will help expand the museum cultural circle and promote the development of the cultural and creative industry more efficiently.
