The unusual phenomenon of user participation and the community in game industry has caused other industries to have a keen interest in the cross-border application of games.Because of that the concept of gamification has also emerged.However,the concept of gamification is rather blunt in many domestic industries.Many companies do not fully understand the gamification.In addition to the domestic,even if there are many successful gamification practices that are difficult to maintain abroad.Successful methods are also difficult to duplicate.Even more unsatisfactory is that a large number of failed cases after the prevalence of gamification has led companies and many designers to question the gamification,or they view gamification only as a trick to winning temporary flow.These perceptions are not able to truly understand gamification.Based on the nature of the game and the erroneous judgments made on the basis of gamification and operation,how to use gamification in a proper way and combine it with internet products is the main content of this topic.Before the discussion of game design,games which are artificial objects need to be studied and analyzed for their design purpose.If do not analyze the design purpose of the game first and directly explain the phenomenon of the game,then the game nature of mitation life will lead gamification studies to have the suspicion of bypassing the theory learned by the game designers.In order to avoid this misunderstanding,it is necessary to clarify the true meaning of gamification.Therefore,this project mainly adopts comparative analysis methods to cmpare games with general activities,compare game design thinking with design thinking.Ultimately the gamification thinking is produced.The first part of this subject is the comparison between games and general activities.First of all,from the perspective of gamification of Internet products,the nature of games and the purpose of game design are determined which are “games provide a different world from daily life through imitation which show people's desire to dominate their own destiny." Based on this essence of games,the motivation of the game is determined as the efficacy motivation,and then the characteristics of the game are analyzed based on the essence and motivation—control and voluntariness,and then make a distinction between free games which are driven by both internal and external motivation and natural games which are driven physiologically.Based on these conception the conditional model which shows how natural game is different from other activities is built.Through this conditional model,the entry path into game design research is elicited-how game design allows players to symbolically dominate their own fate.At the second part of this subject,after determining the principle of game design which is applying flow theory to reduce the ego-depletion,the game socialization is considered as the final stage of the efficacy.Based on the different interactive objects(gamers with gamers,gamers,with gamers),the methods how games are designed to reduce ego-depletion behavior are analyzed,and than gamer decision models to explain in more detail how the design that reduces ego-depletion allows players to " dominate their own destiny " are produced.The third part of the subject is about Internet product gamification strategy research.Compared natural games' superiority and limitations with Internet products,the ideal goal of Internet product and the goal of Internet product gamification strategy which is free game is built;compared the design thinking of Internet products with game design thinking,the position of gamification design in the Internet products system is built;combine the level modle of Internet product design and the core behavior of Internet products to produce a gamification system which is divided into internal and external systems;finally,based on game design,the design strategies for gamification internal system are produced.
