At present,the pressure of employment is increasing day by day,more and more people choose to become freelancers,so the number of SOHO working at home is gradually growing.SOHO number of sub-healthy people has increased rapidly in recent years,the main cause of disease is the unhealthy lifestyle caused by the particularity of work.The sub-health condition of SOHO is different from the sub-health of white-collar workers,because they work at home and work time flexibility,easy to develop bad living habits lead to sub-health problems;In addition,compared with white-collar workers,SOHO people no longer enjoy company welfare and security,the closed working environment is also easy to cause psychological burden,but also because of low professional recognition and from the family,society,work and other aspects of pressure.Among the target population,there are two kinds of sub-health states: physical discomfort caused by sedentary and irregular work and overwork,such as shoulder,neck and lumbar pain,etc.;Psychological stress and lack of social interaction increase the risk of SOHO suffering from autism,depression and other psychological diseases.The sub-health problems of SOHO people are diversified and complicated,which requires the intervention of behavior persuasion and health management to guide SOHO people's health behavior.However,at present,there are relatively few studies on sub-health problems of SOHO,so it is of high research value and practical significance to put forward design schemes and strategies for the health problems of this population.This paper focuses on the sub-health population of SOHO ethnic group,summarizes the application status and trend of persuasion design in health management product service system through literature research and case analysis,and explores the shortcomings of existing design and research.Then,it can understand the health behavior of SOHO and summarize their health needs by questionnaire,interview and observation,and construct the model of health behavior motivation,which is convenient to locate the user's health behavior motivation and health behavior stage;Further summarizes the design framework of health management product service system based on function and behavior,and outputs the behavior persuasion design strategy centered on SOHO health management,It includes the following six points: "improving the mechanism of healthy behavior persuasion through systematic service","enhancing the emotional experience of healthy behavior persuasion through individualized time planning","improving the effect of healthy behavior persuasion through body-sensitive interaction","improving the efficiency of healthy behavior persuasion through service contact integration","adjusting the intervention degree of healthy behavior persuasion flexibly through user customization" and "expanding the intervention scope of healthy behavior persuasion through environmental reconstruction".Finally,the product service system is constructed with somatosensory interaction.The purpose of this paper is to effectively solve the sub-health problems of SOHO and to provide theoretical reference and basis for future health design research.
