Software R & D personnel are important labor elements of software science and technology enterprises.The work efficiency and work results of software R & D personnel will affect the technological innovation ability,industry status,development speed and core competitiveness of software science and technology enterprises to a certain extent.However,with the rapid development of economy and the intensification of industry competition,software R & D personnel are affected by personal,organizational and work factors,and are in a state of pressure for a long time,and the problem of job burnout occurs and even spreads.The problem of job burnout of software R & D personnel will bring serious consequences such as the improvement of management cost,the weakening of competitiveness and even the closure of enterprises to software science and technology enterprises.The problem of job burnout of software R & D personnel has become the key factor to determine sustainable development.Taking the software R & D personnel of H company as the research object,this paper analyzes the present situation and problems of H company's software R & D personnel's job burnout by using the method of questionnaire.The results show that the software R & D personnel's job burnout is serious and outstanding in the dimension of emotional failure,depersonalization,low achievement sensitivity,age,marriage,gender,position,education,entry years and so on.On this basis,the statistical analysis method is used to analyze the causes of job burnout from personal,organizational,job and other factors.Finally,from the perspective of enterprise managers,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to alleviate job burnout of software R & D personnel based on personal,organizational and work factors.The purpose of this study is to find out the reasons that affect the job burnout of software R &D personnel in H company,to provide reference for the improvement of human resource management in H company,and to provide theoretical and practical reference for similar enterprises to alleviate the job burnout of software R & D personnel.
