The fourth industrial revolution driven by computer science and technology has quietly arrived.Compared with the previous three industrial revolutions,the fourth industrial revolution is a new technological revolution based on 3D printing,Internet industrialization,industrial intelligence and industrial integration.This revolution will bring the use of computer technology into all parts of the world,thus further improving the living standard of human beings.Today,science and technology dominate the development of productivity.This makes the enterprise's demand for talent has changed from simple manual workers into mental workers who can provide services through computer technology.TRC is a wholly owned subsidiary established by Japan TRL group in China in 2003.It is the software exploitation for Japan.TRL group has been committed to the development of retail business for many years,and has a dream of changing the world through retail business.It expands continuously in Japan,and now has more than 200 retail supermarkets.For the developmentof the retail industry,software support and data maintenance are indispensable partners.At present,TRC mainly provides software services and data services for TRL group.Since its establishment in 14 years,it has established branches in Yantai,Qingdao and Shenyang,and now has 350 employees.After 14 years of development,TRC has independently developed a variety of software products,Covering Automatic Ordering System,PDA Inspection System,Invoicing System,Shelf Management System,Inventory Management System and so on.Recently,we have developed a hand-held system for store management,and many software products are already very mature.Enterprise itself has also won "Qingdao to Japan software TOP10","Shandong Province excellent software outsourcing enterprises" and many other honors.For TRL group,TRC's software products and technology have become an indispensable part of the development of TRL group.TRC employees are also very important partners of enterprises.With the coming of the fourth industrial revolution,TRL group has put the "retail +AI" in the strategy,and will transform the task of traditional retailing through IT,AI and other computer technology to TRC.The software developer of TRC accounts for 2/3 of the total number of employees,which is an indispensable human resource for maintaining competitive advantage.TRC is faced with the problem of low attractiveness and employees' resignation.TRC adhering to the parent company's corporate culture,with Japanese companies rigorous,thrift fine style,but in the aspect of human resource management,the seniority-order payment system is a serious problem.On the other hand,the rise of Chinese local enterprises represented by BAT has made the recruitment advantages of "foreign enterprises" disappearing.For a software company,the most important asset is,of course,software developers.In order to change the status quo,it is very important to reduce turnover and attract new entrants.The performance appraisal at the core of human resource management has become the primary research object.In this paper,we study the performance appraisal problems of software developers in TRC company,and find out the reasons.Combined with the company's future 5 to 10 years' business strategy,we propose feasible reform plan.The reform of performance appraisal can change the thinking of human resource management,improve the level of human resource management,and provide reference for training,adjusting posts and human resources management.In this paper,based on various research results at home and abroad,applies Key Performance Indicator(KPI)and Management by Objective(MBO)performance appraisal methods to optimize the performance appraisal system of TRC company developers.The full text is divided into six chapters.The first chapter clarifies the research background,the significance and the purpose of the study.The second chapter summarizes the literature on performance appraisal at home and abroad in the process of the study.The third chapter analyzes the status of TRC company's business development,organizational framework,staff composition,and the performance assessment of R & D department,and makes clear the crux of the crux of R & D personnel performance assessment.The fourth chapter clarifies the scope of the research object,analyzes the specific work content and the nature of the work,and puts forward the performance assessment framework,the content and the implementation process on this basis.The fifth chapter gives the specific process and cycle for the implementation of performance appraisal.The sixth chapter puts forward the safeguard measures of TRC company's developers' performance appraisal.
