With the formulation of the "made in China 2025" plan,intelligent manufacturing has become the top priority for future industrial development,and software developers are the core force for the development and innovation of intelligent manufacturing enterprises.In this context,intelligent manufacturing enterprises how to retain the existing corer&dpersonnel,attract elite talent to join,and encourager&dpersonnel to play their innovation ability in the enterprise,improve the technologyr&dability,so as to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.Especially after the transformation from traditional manufacturing to intelligent manufacturing enterprises,manufacturing enterprises should improve and improve the existing incentive methods,give play to the real effectiveness of the incentive methods,and truly regard software developers as the core strength of enterprises in intelligent manufacturing enterprises.In this paper,under the background of intelligent manufacturing software r&d personnel as the research object,first of all,to simple generalizations of incentive theory,the experts on research and development personnel incentive research literature at home and abroad were reviewed and comb,expounds the definition of intelligent manufacturing,and intelligent manufacturing enterprises and traditional manufacturing enterprises from the aspects of enterprise characteristics,personnel characteristics do contrast analysis,analyzed the prominent characteristics of software developers in intelligent manufacturing enterprises.Then,on the basis of literature review combined with the software r&d personnel interview material,design the incentive satisfaction questionnaire,through the summary of the result of the questionnaire survey and interviews to summary,find out the current software developers in intelligent manufacturing enterprise in salary motivation,work motivation,personal development motivation,motivation and environment problems in five aspects,such as performance appraisal.The above problems are mainly caused by the backward concept of human resources,the ununified incentive goal,the unitary incentive method and the lack of equity in incentives.Then,in view of the existing problems,the corresponding improvement and improvement measures are put forward,mainly including:improve the material incentive level,plan the growth incentive system,enrich the work incentive content,ensure the environmental incentive sound and pay attention to the performance appraisal process.Finally,taking company B as an actual case,this paper studied the incentive mechanism and methods of the enterprise for software developers,summarized the prominent problems,and proposed improvement Suggestions for the existing incentive methods in the enterprise.It is hoped that the study of this paper can provide some useful experience for the motivation of software developers in intelligent manufacturing enterprises,and provide new ideas and methods for personnel motivation.
