With the continuous progress of Internet communication technology and computer technology,the way of online education and learning is constantly recognized and accepted by the public,and the cost of Internet equipment is constantly reduced.The Internet should become the main carrier of knowledge and information dissemination in daily life.The online education mode enables the dissemination of knowledge to break the limitations of traditional classroom teaching mode,and enables learners to share the world The best education and teaching resources in the world.Bamboo shoots after a spring rain,the traditional teaching mode is constantly being impacted by online education mode.More and more Internet companies begin to enter the online education market.With the support of the state for speeding up the educational informatization policy,the concept of "Internet plus education" has gradually started to become active in the educational market.With the rapid development of education informatization,the number of online learning courses for students is gradually increasing.The evaluation of the effect and ability of students' online learning is an important direction of the development of education informatization.This paper takes the online learning behavior data generated by students on the platform as the sample,synthesizes the four aspects of online learning behavior to establish a comprehensive evaluation index of online learning efficiency.Based on this requirement,a comprehensive learning effectiveness evaluation model based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method(FCE)is proposed.The weight value of online learning behavior index relative to learning effectiveness evaluation objective is established by AHP,and the hierarchical model of learning effectiveness evaluation is established.The comprehensive learning effectiveness value of learners under different evaluation angles is calculated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Through the example of comprehensive learning efficiency calculation,the general steps of learning efficiency evaluation are demonstrated,and the feasibility and effectiveness of this method in the evaluation of students' learning efficiency are expounded.In this paper,after a comprehensive functional and non functional needs analysis of the youth programming online learning platform,the overall architecture and functional structure of the intelligent online learning platform are designed in detail,and then the detailed functional modules of the platform are realized through the development of program code,and then the strict functional and non functional tests of the platform are carried out All the functional indicators meet the design requirements of online learning platform.Intelligent online learning platform can well meet the needs of young learners for online learning of computer programming,improve learners' online learning efficiency,and help teachers carry out online course teaching and management.The research of this paper is of great significance to further improve the level of education informatization.
