With the continuous development of Internet technology,it has promoted the development and transformation of various industries.Due to the rapid application of Internet technology in the education industry,the development of online education is convenient and efficient,and is not limited by time and space.Especially in recent years,the scale of my country's online education market has gradually expanded,and this industry has also accelerated its development with the update of high-tech.The online education system stands out as a product of new courses and new technologies,but now there are many types of online systems,and the quality of the system varies.Therefore,while developing online courses,it is necessary to develop scientific and standard evaluation requirements to develop an online education system evaluation system.This is an inevitable trend.This article extends the online training software for insurance personnel during the internship period of the author to the establishment of a network-based education evaluation system for the entire network.This research introduces the fuzzy concept into the survey and evaluation process,and takes the customized software development plan as the research object.The focus of this paper is to use the consistency matrix to replace the fuzzy consistency test in the traditional fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,so as to avoid data distortion caused by multiple modifications of the original data.And comparing the index weights calculated using the compatible matrix with the traditional fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,analytic hierarchy process and expert survey method can prove the effectiveness and rationality of the algorithm,and at the same time can avoid the subjective factors in the expert survey method due to personal subjective factors And make the data unreasonable.Next,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to verify the online education system evaluation system established by the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process of the compatibility matrix,and the overall system quality score is compared with the traditional fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and the analytic hierarchy process.Further prove the usability of the algorithm.In this research work,the first part is to introduce the relevant research background and a summary of the current status at home and abroad,and roughly expounds the research significance and research methods;in the second part,it introduces the algorithm introduction required by the evaluation system,as well as related definitions and compatibility Improvement of the fuzzy analytic hierarchyprocess of the matrix;the next third part is the establishment of the index system,as well as the calculation of the relevant weights;the fourth part is the example verification,the introduction of the relevant technology of the software required technology,and the preview picture,etc.;The fifth part summarizes the results of this study,the shortcomings and the prospect of future related technologies.
