The four major apple production areas in Gansu Province have outstanding advantages in the development of the apple industry,which is a pillar industry that drives regional economic development in the main apple production areas and achieves a comprehensive victory in the fight against poverty.In recent years,big data technology has developed rapidly in the field of agriculture.The application of big data technology to the apple planting link in Gansu will be the consolidation of poverty alleviation,promote the adjustment of regional economic structure,and improve the four major production areas of Gansu Tianshui,Qingyang,Pingliang,and Longnan.Effective means of quality management in apple planting process.Therefore,the purpose of this article is to study how to use big data technology to improve the quality management level of apple planting in Gansu,which is conducive to improving the quality of apples in the four main producing areas,promoting the increase in apple production in Gansu and the income of fruit farmers,and giving full play to the advantages of the apple industry in Gansu.Regional economic development in the province's main apple-producing areas.First,through the analysis of the HACCP standards for quality management,the hazards of apples in the planting process are analyzed,and the key control points are further identified.Based on the requirements established by the quality management system of big data technology,the control limits and supervision of the apple planting process are determined.And corrective measures,established a planting schedule for quality management of apple planting under big data technology.Secondly,using the survey method to investigate and analyze the status quo of quality management in apple planting in Gansu Province,the study found that in the process of quality management in apple planting in Gansu Province,the quality management methods have been continuously improved,the quality management effect has been significant,and the quality management technology has been continuously improved.,Quality management standards are gradually improved,but the level of orchard quality management methods is low,lack of a unified quality management system,and insufficient knowledge of quality management theories.Thirdly,it analyzes the status quo of quality management of apple planting under big data technology,and then analyzes the advantages of applying big data technology to quality management of apple planting through AHP,DEA-Malmquist efficiency analysis and comparison method.The results show that the application of big data technology in the apple industry has been popularized and promoted,but Gansu has not yet popularized big data technology in the quality management of apple planting.The effective combination of big data technology and apple planting quality management can improve the management mode of apple planting quality management,increase the standardization of management,standardize the management process,ensure the accuracy of data processing,improve management efficiency,and further enhance the quality of apples,Indirectly increase the output of apples,thereby increasing the income of fruit farmers.Finally,it is analyzed that the application of big data technology to apple planting links the high quality management cost;the big data quality monitoring and early warning system is not perfect;the compound talents combining big data technology and planting quality management are scarce;the fruit grower's concept is backward and the big data technology Insufficient attention has been paid to the application;weak regional economic conditions and other factors restricting the quality management of apple planting links in Gansu Province.At the same time,the following improvement measures are proposed: increase capital investment and build a big data application platform;establish and improve a big data monitoring and early warning system;introduce and train compound talents that combine big data and agricultural technology;strengthen government propaganda and establish fruit grower informatization The concept of management;comprehensively promote the application of agricultural informatization and transform the economic development momentum of the main apple producing areas.
