The Corona Virus Disease 2019 has brought a personal impact on everyone's life,and the essence of people's concern about the Corona Virus Disease 2019 is the concern for life.As a cause of death,the number of deaths from the Corona Virus Disease 2019 worldwide each year is five times higher than the number of deaths from new coronary pneumonia in2020.Of these,about 50% of the world's cases of stomach,liver and esophageal cancer come from China,far exceeding the proportion of the world's population of Chinese mouths,which is a wake-up call for the health of Chinese people's diet.The "slowness" of chronic diseases stems from the details of life,from the national diet and health habits have existed for many years of misunderstanding,which is deep-rooted.Therefore,it is necessary to take purposeful measures to avoid the occurrence of unhealthy eating behavior from the source of disease,to correct the misunderstanding of dietary health,to achieve the effect of behavior correction.Based on the theory of "knowledge,attitude,and practice" of health communication,this study summarizes the characteristics of food health rumors in terms of source,communicator and content through literature review and content analysis.Based on the analysis of the factors that may be affected by each stage in the stage of "knowledge,attitude,and practice",the research hypothesis is put forward,and the dissemination optimization of the effect of intervention in rumor-refuting is put forward on the basis of drawing on the experience of DX Doctor,using questionnaire method and SPSS quantitative analysis tool,combined with in-depth interview method,to explore the key influencing factors of the "knowledge,attitude,and practice" which affect the effect of food health rumor-refuting information.The research hypothesis holds that: the professional terminology of rumor-refuting information content expression in knowledge stage,the frequency factors of information appearance,the content depth of rumor-refuting information in knowledge-attitude stage,the optimistic deviation factor of the audience,the group stress factor in the attitude-practice stage,the forgetting factors running through the whole process of knowledge-attitudepractice,the health stress factor,and the audience's health literacy level factor will have an impact on the completion of the process of knowledge-attitude-practice.The study found that the degree of detail of content negatively affects their knowledge perception positively affects their attitude perception,;The effect of forgetting is obvious,and those with high education background perform most;And the risk perception of the audience reaches the greatest in the period of high health pressure,while the influence of optimistic deviation perception and group stress factors on the process of knowledgeattitude-practice is less than expected;Attention to food health information positively promotes the improvement of their health literacy level.Therefore,the following optimization suggestions are put forward in communication intervention: the effect of distinguishing content depth in stages,the repeated improvement of memory in summary cycles,the health pressure of grasping the critical period of risk perception,the emphasis on intimate interpersonal communication to reach more older groups,and the fundamental transform from passive rumor-refuting to active rumor-refuting.
