Investigation,Analysis And Evaluation Of Rumor Governance On Microblog Platform

With the rapid development of Internet and mobile devices,the network social media plays an important role in people's lives.Microblogging has become an important social media platform favored by people.On the network social media platform,everyone can become the publisher,the information transmitter and the receiver of the information,which makes the status of the traditional media "gatekeeper" challenged.At the same time,because the network social media platform relies on the user activity to compete,there are some difficulties in the supervision of the user generated content,At the same time,some people deliberately make up or distort the facts to get the eyeball and get traffic,which leads to the false information breeding in the network social media platform.In addition,the overall level of scientific literacy of Internet users in China is still not high,and the false information is easy to spread quickly through the network,which has bad effects.In order to effectively manage rumors,the government,enterprises and scholars have made relevant efforts.The research on the identification and analysis of rumors,simulation of communication channels and interruption of communication,and how to improve the ability of Internet users to distinguish rumors are studied.The relevant laws for the governance of online rumors are also being improved.However,there are still some "intestinal obstruction" and "blocking" in the process of governance.Microblogging is the first platform for the breeding of online rumors.It has accumulated some experience in the governance of network rumors and some problems.This paper takes the acquisition and release of rumor information as the main logic,This paper analyzes the rumors governance of microblog platform from the perspective of micro blog autonomy of the community management center and the social governance of the mainstream official microblogging.The data is crawled through the false information reporting center of the micro blog community management center.Referring to the monthly report of microblog rumor elimination,the information about the rumors reported by users is taken as an important reference to understand the situation of microblogging users participating in micro blog rumor governance.It is found that the enthusiasm of microblog users in rumor governance is still acceptable,and the effectiveness of rumor reporting is low,There are also some loopholes in the feedback process of reporting acceptance in the micro blog community management center.Among the cooperative organizations of rumor management of the state network,there are China Internet joint ballad platform,microblog ballad,Chinese food rumor League,scientific ballad,ballad catching,truth seeking column,CCTV finance and economics.However,only China Internet joint ballad platform,microblog,scientific ballad,ballad,ballad hunting are actually running Are the six true columns and CCTV finance and economics true? This paper analyzes the content and influence of the six mainstream ballasted official microblogs by content analysis and case analysis.The influence index of the mainstream official microblogs is calculated.It is found that the comprehensive mainstream official microblog influence index is higher,which is expressed by direct refutation + truth statement The ballad microblog with narrative text and picture is more popular with users.This paper finds that there are still some problems in the current micro blog rumor governance,such as the lack of regulatory awareness,the defects of rumor reporting mechanism,the low effectiveness of micro blog users' rumor reporting,the low influence of mainstream rumor refuting official micro blog,and the low strength of rumor information push User reception and other aspects put forward optimization suggestions,in order to improve the micro blog platform rumor governance work.
