Design And Implementation Of The Asset Management System Based On JavaEE

The goal of this system is to take advantage of information management tools,which with the represent of the Computer and Internet,to achieve the combination of management idea with IT tools and build a centralized operation platform.In this way,we can shift the management methods,improve the operate efficiency and finally realize a better management of asset.The FSD(Financial Services Department)of Chinasoft Company Limited has abundant experience and well-developed technique on the development of IT system in the financial industry.Fund management with manual ways is hard to satisfies growing business need nowadays.On this background,the Asset Management System developed by FSD is pioneering and advanced.The Asset Management System is build for these internal staff who dealing with the daily fund business.This system adopted browser/server pattern.The browser was in charge of the display interface,while the server deal with background processing.With regard to application platform,we chose the advanced JavaEE as development scheme.And we usage Three-tier system as well as SSH to complete the concrete realization.The Author was employed in the FSD,the responsibility during the internship are requirement analysis,module design,module development,system maintenance.The Author's duties are summarized as following:Participated in the requirement analysis.Make sure the accurate understanding by communicating with the analysts and the user of the software.Researching and study the original business process,combine the new demands of required module to help us to formulate and update the requirements documents;Participated in technology selection and module architecture design.Under the background of widespread use of open source frameworks and relational databases.Choose proper and effective technologies to suit the system demands,laying the foundation for system development;In charge of the development of some modules,such as user setting,to-do list,mail process,external financing,short term financing,payment notice,data processing;Responsible for functional testing,ensure the codes can run smoothly and not breaking the intrinsic function;In charge of the system's maintenance.Fix the system bugs and errors in time.Find possible problems and solve them.Besides,participated in the iterative version,add new function module,improve the system delivered.The system was delivered on schedule,and it runs stable since it's released.This system satisfied employees' daily business-dealing demands,and it guarantee the flow of fund between financial institutions.The development of this system stands for Agile Development,and develop with scientific methods ensure the system implement the requirements accurately,and the system has good usability,maintainability and augmentability by this way.
