With the domestic economic progress, the small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises by use information technology and method is upgrade and the the production process is the key to enhance economic efficiency and competitiveness for manufacturing enterprises. We put emphasizes on the production information infusion for all departments and workshop of the enterprise on the basis of the optimization of enterprise organization structure.With the aid of computer network technology, It is possibile to make the enterprise internal resources get optimal scheduling to reach the ultimate goals of enterprise information construction according to the establishment of reasonable management mechanism and implementation of enterprise information construction planning.The actual production and management demand of a number of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprise t in kunshan city is described by depthly investigation in this paper.It is analyzed the implementation of enterprise production management information system planning and the actual production situation of the business process, aiming at the problems existing in the construction and application of management information system in the production of small and medium manufacturing enterprises in the current Kunshan City, through the development of comprehensive application of software engineering combined with production, resource limitations, the design and implementation of an Web based small and medium manufacturing enterprise production management information platform. The content of this paper mainly as follows:1, In the system analysis stage, structured analysis and object-oriented analysis method combined to describle the system procedure,such as functional and non functional requirements.The features and main user function hierarchy of enterprise production management system is analyzed, according to the demand analysis to establish the frame of system function module, the main subsystems and the function module classification.the UML modeling language for system is adopted as describe the system use case modeling and the classes type;2, in the system design stage, combined with computer software and hardware platform, the main design principle is give based on the detailed design to the system,for example, system structure design, the main class diagram. abstract system E-R diagram is analyzed based on the sufficient research, mining the core data of enterprise production management, and the establishment of the data table, based on the database table is built on the completion of the development of production management system database;3, In the phase of system implementation, The process of main funciton module is described by using ASP.NET technology and SQLServer 2005 database. Some content of key code, the program flow chart and the view source of system is detailed respectively.The system based on B/S software architecture, system implementation is completed, according to the software testing process to conduct a comprehensive test of the system, gives the main use cases and test results.Small and medium manufacturing enterprise production management system designed in this paper has a wide coverage, strong, comprehensive utilization of production resources to form all kinds of enterprises, to provide background data management, design and development process of the whole system have important reference and reference for the implementation of production management information system of other machinery manufacturing enterprises.
