Research On Trust Mechanism Of Supply Chain Of Belt And Road Based On Blockchain

In recent years,Belt and Road,has been accelerating as a major strategy in China,and has also put forward higher requirements for cooperation in supply chain enterprises.The countries along the Belt and Road provide uneven development of enterprises,and different external environment in system,law,customs,financial regulation,trade policy,culture and other aspects.Therefore,it is difficult to build the mutual trust relationship among transnational supply chain enterprises of Belt and Road.The current research of multinational supply chain is mostly based on the supply chain dominated by large companies in developed countries,and there are few studies related to transnational supply chain enterprises of the Belt and Road.The strategic aim of the Belt and Road proposed by our country is to establish a political mutual trust,economic integration,cultural inclusion interest community,destiny community and responsibility community,which is a world of countries including Eurasia.In implementation,it is to build a supply chain system that is open and tolerant,efficient and orderly,shared win-win,safe and sustainable.Hence,the issue of mutual trust among enterprises has always been the most important research direction of supply chain system.Therefore,it is of great guiding significance and practical value to study the relationship between enterprises' trust and cooperation and the corresponding supply chain trust mechanism.Aiming at the above-mentioned problem,this dissertation mainly conducts the studies as the following three aspects.(1)In order to comprehensively evaluate the supply chain enterprises of Belt and Road,an evaluation index system for basic trust of enterprises with complex external environment is constructed.It includes enterprise performance,enterprise internationalization level,enterprise operation innovation ability,five-link index of Belt and Road,totally 28 indicators in four modules.Moreover,an evaluation model of enterprise foundation trust based on error self-correcting extreme learning machine is proposed.(2)In order to make the trust degree of enterprises adapt to the real-time transaction information of enterprises and eliminate the problems of enterprises' malicious high credit,a two-level fuzzy dynamic trust evaluation model based on fuzzy theory is proposed based on the transaction data in the recent time window.In addition,in order to fully consider the underlying trust and transaction trust of the intrinsic correlation and transaction failure factors,this dissertation also proposes a dynamic comprehensive trust evaluation model suitable for transnational supply chain enterprises of Belt and Road.(3)Aiming at the problem that the transnational supply chain enterprises of Belt and Road are difficult to establish a unified credit management system and enterprise privacy data protection and so on,this dissertation establishes a supply chain trust system of Belt and Road based on Ethereum blockchain technology.It adopts the Ethereum blockchain technology and establishes a decentralized a supply chain trust system of Belt and Road.Through the smart contract design,the main functions of the supply chain system such as traceability of transaction information,immutability and protection of enterprise privacy information are realized.
