The current ecological civilization problem has become a realistic context faced by mankind.The discourse of environmental communication has become increasingly apparent and has become an important part of the modern communication field.With the rapid development of the Internet,new media relies on a strong user group to provide a new path for the spread of ecological civilization.The number of environmental new media is gradually increasing,but there are still problems such as mere formality,rigid content,and lack of innovation.,It is difficult to media is still in its preliminary stage,and there is currently no set of targeted evaluation systems.Based on the social functions of environmental new media,this article researches from the perspective of media social responsibility,and strives to develop a set of indicator systems suitable for the evaluation of environmental new media's communication effectiveness.Based on the evaluation results,it will improve the communication effectiveness of environmental new media.Propose targeted countermeasures.The research idea of this article is to first review the literature and define the related theoretical concepts through the introduction part,and initially screen and determine the indicators through the review of the literature.Then use the expert consultation method,invite experts to score and determine the weight of each indicator,and establish an indicator system model.Then take the environmental We Chat public account as the research sample,conduct the evaluation of the index system according to the selected evaluation objects,and count the analysis results of each index,and then analyze the results.Finally,on the basis of the analysis results,corresponding problems and countermeasures are proposed.According to the above research process,the environmental new media communication efficiency indicator system constructed by this research has a certain reference and feasibility.At the same time,it has also explored and discovered some common problems of current environmental new media,and put forward six points.Countermeasures are aimed at promoting the communication efficiency of new environmental media: first,expand publicity and promotion,and optimize service quality;second,unblock feedback channels and provide a platform for audiences to participate in issues;third,give play to cultural education and inheritance functions,To enhance public awareness of environmental protection;fourth,to dig deeper into high-quality content,increase innovation,and enrich the form of tweets;fifth,to increase supervision of public behavior,and to create a "strong relationship" with the audience;sixth,to strengthen the line Link between online and offline to increase audience participation.
