The new media-based survival and media-based social life constructed by social media have a profound impact on people's behaviors and concepts.For this reason,it is particularly important for social media enterprises to define their own roles,construct paths to promote them to more clearly and correctly recognize their social responsibilities,and promote social media enterprises to more clearly and correctly recognize and take on their social responsibilities.The main research work of this paper is summarized as follows:The first part mainly deals with the research background,significance and the analysis of the research status at home and abroad,and discusses the research methods,and further Outlines the research objectives.In the second part,based on stakeholder theory,sum up a large number of relevant literature on the basis of the definition of social media enterprise stakeholders,found that social media companies have the closest relationship,the responsibility is major stakeholders include shareholders,employees,society,government,consumers,and users,the network environment,further from the establishment of the evaluation framework in three dimensions,namely: Basic corporate social responsibility,extended social responsibility and industry special social responsibility.In the third part,the semantic network analysis method is used to study the 7CSR reports released by Tencent.It is found that "intelligent connection","cultural inheritance","corporate public welfare" and "technology for the good" are the four dimensions of the CSR report text presented by Tencent.The fourth part further analyzes the content of Tencent's corporate social responsibility report text and finds that there is a contradiction of dual positioning in Tencent's corporate social responsibility report.At the same time,technology empowerment and network security governance are its self-presented value tendency.However,in negative information disclosure,privacy infringement,intellectual property infringement,humanistic care and other issues,Tencent's corporate social responsibility report has different degrees of aphasia.The fifth part summarizes the lack of social responsibility of social media enterprises,including vicious competition,user data leakage,rampant Internet rumors,algorithm pseudo-neutrality,etc.,and puts forward the construction path from internal construction,external governance,evaluation mechanism to promote social media to better assume social responsibility.
