Innovation Of Library's Knowledge Service Mode In Digital Age

With the advent of the digital age,the audience knowledge acquisition channels are diversified,and the way the audience acquires knowledge has also changed.As a special medium to spread knowledge to the public,library needs to innovate its knowledge service under the new situation.Jiaxing Library,with 125 employees and 5000 activities a year,became the "Internet Red" Library in 2019,with The Imperial Palace and Huawei on the "2019China's best innovation company 50" list.And Luo Zhenyu was mentioned in the 2020 interannual speech,and then quickly broke the circle caused the national media to report.Therefore,this paper takes Jiaxing City Library as the main research object.Based on questionnaire survey,in-depth interview,field investigation and comparative analysis,this paper analyzes the knowledge service mode of Jiaxing library,and gives some suggestions for the innovation of other similar libraries in China.This paper is mainly divided into five parts,the first part is the introduction chapter,expounds the research background and significance of studying the knowledge service mode of Jiaxing library in the digital age,combs the achievements of related research fields at home and abroad,and summarizes the research methods and innovation points.The second part traces the development history and service concept of Jiaxing library knowledge service,and paves the way for the introduction of Jiaxing library knowledge service mode.The third part is the core part of the full text,analyzes the knowledge service mode of Jiaxing library in the digital age,and summarizes the model as basic general branch library mode,grid activity promotion mode,brand lecture promotion mode,precision reference consultation mode,intelligent online service mode,and makes a comparative analysis of its service mode.The author thinks that the transformation of this mode is actually the transformation of the operating mode of Jiaxing library?The fourth chapter combs the characteristics of knowledge service mode of Jiaxing library.The fifth chapter is the enlightenment of Jiaxing library's knowledge service mode to other libraries,so as to promote the future development of public libraries in China.
