Research On Cost Management Of Internet Of Things Smart Security Construction Project In TJZY University

School is the main place to carry out teaching and education activities.Whether the school is safe or not is of great significance for the development of school teaching and the safety of teachers and students,and even affects the stability of society.With the development and popularization of Internet and artificial intelligence technology,the intelligent security system of Internet of things has become an important means for many schools to strengthen campus security management because of its intelligence,high efficiency and rich functions,which has greatly promoted the construction of "safe campus" in China.TJZY university is under such a background,Actively carry out the construction of Campus Internet of things intelligent security project.In view of the campus Internet of things intelligent security project needs to spend a large investment,return cycle is long.Therefore,from the perspective of saving construction cost and reasonable control of expenditure,this paper takes TJZY University Campus Internet of things intelligent security construction project as an example to study its project cost management.This paper starts from five aspects: the first is the introduction,which describes the advantages of Internet of things technology and the research background of the paper,points out the significance of the development of Campus Internet of things intelligent security project construction,and makes a literature review from the aspect of project cost management.The second part is the theoretical overview of the cost management of the Internet of things intelligent security construction project in TJZY University,mainly introduces the concept,theory,characteristics and principles of the cost management involved in the article.The third part is the cost management problem diagnosis of the Internet of things intelligent security construction project of TJZY University,introduces the basic situation of the Internet of things intelligent security construction project of TJZY University,analyzes the composition of the project cost and the factors affecting the cost,and points out the problems existing in the construction of this security system project.The fourth part combines the theoretical basis of the previous article,aiming at the deficiencies in the cost control activities of the Internet of things intelligent security construction project of TJZY University at the present stage,carries out the control design from the aspects of project cost planning,estimation,budget,accounting and so on.In the fifth part,in order to ensure the smooth progress of project cost management,combined with the engineering practice,the guarantee measures are put forward from three aspects of system,personnel and technology.The results show that 29-52 weeks is the peak period of engineering construction technical personnel input,54-58 weeks is the peak period of engineering construction personnel input.Among them,human cost accounts for the largest proportion of project cost,up to 57%,and human cost has great uncertainty.By using the improved earned value method,this paper studies the cost management of TJZY University's IOT intelligent security construction project.On the one hand,it enriches the related research fields,on the other hand,it also provides the University's IOT intelligent security construction project cost control experience.
