The Project Cost And Process Research Of BO Telecommunications Design Project

With the continuous development of the economy and the telecommunications industycontinus to accelerate， the competition is becoming fierce.Enterprises must attach importance toimprove the level of progect item and management in order to maintain long-term competitiveadvantage in the telecommunications market.The project cost managament is the core of modernproject management，it is also an important symbol to measure the implementation of the prohectsuccess.Cost control theory can provide a theoretical reference for enterprise to control theproject effectively.The paper is based on the telecommunications project management and earned valuetheory，which analyzes the situation and existing problems in project cost management of BOtelecommunications projects，summarizes its present situation of project cost management andidentifies its problems.This paper uses project cost management theory to analyze the causes ofthe problems in the BO telecommunications project cost management.Through the summary andthe combination of theory and practise， this paper reveals the present situation of costmanagement in telecommunications enterprises and proposes to strengthen project costmanagement infrastructurework in the use of earned value and optimized the project costmanagement solutions.
