With the rapid development of national economy and society,all kinds of cables are more and more widely used in modern industrial production and all aspects of daily life.Cable take-up and arrangement refers to the process in which the cable is neatly wound onto the take-up reel after the cable sheath is cooled in the production of cable sheath.It is required to be flat,tight,without interpenetration,stacking or skipping.At present,the process is mostly traditional semi-automatic,with low production efficiency and precision,high labor intensity.And the process lacks practical and efficient remote monitoring system,so its monitoring efficiency and informatization level is low.Through cooperation with enterprises,this paper proposes a solution of automatic cable take-up and arrangement control system to realize automatic control and remote monitoring of cable take-up and arrangement.Firstly,the paper analyzes the take-up tension control,motor synchronous control and automatic edge detection process,and determines the automatic cable take-up and arrangement scheme.On this basis,an overall framework of the automatic cable take-up and arrangement control system is constructed.And the overall design of the on-site control system and remote monitoring system is carried out respectively.Secondly,in order to meet the needs of winding tension control and precise wire arrangement,the paper analyzes the method of PMSM speed control and the deviation coupling synchronous strategy of motors control,and it also studies the fuzzy control principle and fuzzy adaptive PID control algorithm.Then,the simulation model of synchronous motor control is built,and the simulation analysis is carried out to analyze the performance of the system under the conditions of arrangement direction change,load disturbance and winding radius change.Thirdly,according to the requirement of automatic direction change in the process of cable arrangement,the scheme of edge detection and automatic direction change is proposed.The laser displacement sensor used in the scheme is calibrated and the output characteristics of the sensor under different conditions are studied.At the same time,the digital filtering algorithm is improved to meet the needs of signal processing in the process of edge detection.On this basis,the field edge detection experiment is completed,and the performance of the sensor and the filtering algorithm is verified.Therefore,the automatic edge detection and direction change of cable arrangement can be realized.Finally,based on the master-slave control system architecture of "PLC master station +PROFINET + slave station equipment",an automatic on-site control system of cable take-up and arrangement is developed to realize the automatic control of cable take-up and arrangement process,and it improves the arrangement accuracy and efficiency.At the same time,based on the structure of "cloud monitoring platform + control room PC + control site",a remote monitoring system is developed to realize the remote monitoring and management of automatic cable take-up and arrangement.
