With the development of social economy and communication technology,optical cable,as the cornerstone of optical communication network,has been widely used in all walks of life.At the same time,the complex working environment has higher and higher performance requirements for optical cable.Cable sheath production line as a very important process in the production of optical cable,affecting the cable products of moisture resistance,corrosion resistance,extrusion resistance,high temperature resistance and other properties.In this paper,the optical cable sheath production line as the research object,a sheath production line electrical control system solution,to achieve distributed control,centralized management and remote monitoring of the line.First of all,the overall process and components of the cable sheath production line are analyzed.On this basis,the overall structure of the production line control system is designed.The overall structure of the system is divided into two parts,namely the lower computer control system and the upper computer monitoring system.The specific structure of the two systems is studied and designed.Secondly,the data acquisition method used in the monitoring system is studied.Based on OPC UA(OPC Unified Architecture)protocol,information modeling of equipment in production line is carried out,and the unified information model format and cross-platform characteristics of OPC UA are utilized to realize data collection and unified management of multi-source heterogeneous devices.Then,the speed regulation performance of permanent magnet synchronous motor used in the receiving and discharging line is optimized.Vector control strategy is selected and PI controller in speed control ring is improved.A tianniu intelligent optimization algorithm based on the fusion of Longicorn and particle swarm optimization was proposed to adjust PI parameters and improve the control accuracy and anti-interference of the system.Finally,taking the cable sheath production line as the research object,the control system of its lower computer is developed to realize the automatic control of the production line.At the same time,the upper computer monitoring system design and development,including production status monitoring,historical data query,alarm information query and other functions.Figure[44]table[9]reference[61]...
