With the continuous progress of science and technology,only a motor control is far from meeting the requirements of modern industrial development,but requires the control of multiple motors,together with the operation.The study of multi-motor synchronous control system is of great significance to theoretical research and actual production.In this paper,a synchronous control strategy is proposed,which is based on three permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)speed synchronous control system,and a modified deviation coupling speed compensation structure and nonlinear integral sliding mode control strategy are proposed..This paper mainly includes the following aspects.Firstly,the structural features of PMSM and the vector control method are introduced.The PMSM is modeled by mathematical model,and the speed control system of PMSM based on vector control is given.By analyzing several common multi-motor synchronous control structure,analyze their own characteristics.Then,an improved deviation coupling compensator is proposed.Finally,the simulation and contrast analysis is carried out under the Matlab / Simulink simulation platform to verify the correctness of the improved deviation coupling synchronous control structure.A nonlinear integral sliding mode control strategy based on extended load torque observer is designed for permanent magnet synchronous motor speed control system.Adding the nonlinear integral to the sliding mode surface to improve the static and dynamic performance of the PMSM.The load disturbance is estimated by the extended load observer to compensate the q-axis reference current to improve its anti-load disturbance performance.Finally,the multi-motor synchronous control system is modeled and simulated,and the automatic code generation technology is used to generate the embedded C code of the controller core algorithm automatically.The simulation results show that the synchronous control system with improved deviation coupling speed compensation structure and nonlinear integral sliding mode control strategy has better dynamic and static performance,and the speed synchronization error between each motor is obviously reduced,To achieve speed synchronization.
