With the development of modern industy, the requirement of mechanism capability and product quality is gradually increased. In some situation, it is not satisfied with develop of the modern high-tech to just control one motor. It needs to control many motors, which are operated in line. At the same time that multi-motor drive is more and more widely used in many kinds of control domain, it is more and more important to do the research about the method of multi-motor synchronous control, which's aim is improvement of multi-motor system dynamic and static stabilization, also can satisfy with special system require of multi-motor synchronous control. A nice synchronous control method has a good performance in two aspects with the system time and space. Its successful research can apply in the Army, Avigation and normal industy for the need of control about multi-motor's unitive action.In this paper, we make research about the sizing machine, through the strength analysis of winding process, we can find the math expression of winding tensility and so that we set up the math model of winding motor load. At the same time, for the requirement of modern control precision, we design the project which uses BUS technology and modern advance control arithmetic. The result we make by using Matlab indicates that the advance arithmetic can make the winding tensility invariable and also satify with system precision.In multi-unit synchronous control, it is important for each unit to communicate with the others. For this requirement, we must check the speed and position of every motor. These things need many complicated data signal wires. But because complicated connection, noise and maintenance of data wire can reduce the systemic reliability by using tradional communicated technology, we use FIELD BUS technology for avoiding these factors. In the paper we analyze the CAN's ultimate, CAN's delamination struct and frame struct. In the end we design the total system in hardware and use VB to develop the stakeout software based on FIELD BUS technology with the CAN analysis instrument manufactured by zhouligong company. Through the program we can inspect the object in instance by FIELD BUS.
