With the development of Internet + education,the use of online learning platforms for autonomous learning by college students has become popular,and the effect of autonomous learning has attracted more and more attention from all walks of life at home and abroad.Current data from mainstream online learning platforms at home and abroad show that the completion rate of courses on the platform is less than 10%.In order to explore the reasons for the low autonomous learning effect of college students,this article crawls the comment data on the online learning platform and conducts text analysis.It is concluded that there are two main factors that affect the effect of college students' online autonomous learning,learning experience and learning resources.It can be seen that learning resources are a major aspect that affects the effect of college students' autonomous learning.Through analyzing the learning resources on the current online learning platform,it is found that in the face of massive,widely-sourced,and fragmented online learning resources,college students are prone to knowledge lost.Therefore,how to effectively organize them has become the key to improving the effect of college students' autonomous learning.One of the important issues that need to be considered in the construction of the Internet + education online platform is currently in full swing.In order to improve the effect of college students' autonomous learning on the online learning platform,this article explores the impact of online learning resource organization on the effect of college students' autonomous learning.Based on the constructivism learning theory and connectivism learning theory in the education field,as well as the information resource management theory and task technology fit theory in the management field,the online learning resource organization-college student autonomous learning effect model of this research is constructed.The model uses the three online learning resource organization technical characteristics of label integrity,label validity,and resource relevance as independent variables.The task technology fit is used as the mediating variable,the autonomous learning effect of college students is the dependent variable,and the gender,grade,school type,prior knowledge and learning purpose are used as the moderating variables of the effect of task technology fit on the autonomous learning effect of college students.2588 valid questionnaires were obtained by distributing questionnaires to college students in three provincial universities in Shandong Province.Empirical analysis of the collected questionnaire data yields the following conclusions:(1)Online learning resource label integrity,label validity and resource relevance have a positive impact on task technology fit.(2)Task technology fit has a positive impact on the effect of college students' autonomous learning,and the three online learning resource organization technical characteristics of tag integrity,tag validity,and resource relevance have a positive impact on the effect of college students' autonomous learning through task technology fit.(3)Gender does not have a moderating effect on the relationship between task technology fit and the effect of college students' autonomous learning.(4)Grade,school type,prior knowledge and learning purpose play a moderating role on the relationship between task technology fit and the effect of college students' autonomous learning.Based on the results of empirical analysis,this article puts forward the following suggestions for the organization of new online learning platforms and online learning resources for online learning platforms that are currently in operation.In order to better organize online learning resources for the online learning platform to be built,this article proposes:(1)Establish a complete online learning resource labeling system.(2)Establish a standard catalog of online learning resources.(3)Establish multidimensional association rules for online learning resources.(4)Adopt different online learning resource organization techniques for different types of online learning resources.(5)Adopt different online learning resource organization techniques for online learning resources in different fields.(6)Adopt different online learning resource organization technologies for online learning resources of different disciplines.(7)Adopt different online learning resource organization technologies for online learning resources of different purposes.In order to improve the organization of online learning resources on online learning platforms that are currently in operation,this article proposes:(1)Check the integrity and validity of existing online learning resources labels should be strengthened.(2)The association between existing online learning resources should be strengthened.(3)Differentiated online learning resource organization techniques should be implemented.On the basis of the above suggestions,this paper proposes strategies for the integrity of online learning resource tags,strategies for the validity of online learning resource tags,and online learning resource relevance strategies.It is expected that online learning resources will be effectively organized through the above strategies to improve the autonomous learning effect of college students.
