The Oriented Vocational College Students' Online Self-Testing System Based On E-Learning

E-Learning technology began from the 1940s and 1950s. The development of computer technology, especially the Internet and the progress of network technology accelerate the development of this area and become more mature. This technology, the basic content of the training model is a new interpretation of the concept of education and training, market development and considerable future prospects. E-Learning combines text, graphics, images, sound, animation and some other advanced multimedia software technology together, and makes knowledge ,information and transfer mode have a great deal of space expansion by the Internet seminars, e-mail, BBS and other information technologies for teaching. E-Learning will provide an optimal platform for students with updated contents and methods of teaching quickly between the schools and create an environment for lifelong learning.Self-testing Online is an important part of E-Learning. Because of its impartiality, security, accuracy, flexibility, randomness, timeliness and convenience, it becomes a common way of an international examination and certification. Through self-testing system, teachers can timely make full understanding of the students and grasp the situation in order to timely adjust teaching, curriculum focus and difficulty. Therefore, that how to scientifically use the Internet to do online testing has generally become the main issue that is concerned by education managers, teachers and students.Jinan Vocational College is a higher vocational education school which is based on vocation education and a modern personnel training. In order to keep pace with the development of times, our college is carrying on a comprehensive digital education and the environment office construction. Self-testing online system is an important part of building its digital construction. However, there are four districts in our school, which has brought great difficulties teaching students scattered to the teaching work. What are worse, students can not be timely review and self-testing in the learning process, that is, check the effectiveness of their studies; teachers can not understand the learning process of students, and be in accordance with the case if students can not make timely adjustments resulting in the teaching and learning of the line.Self-testing online system is intended to provide a real-time self-testing network platform for teachers and students of teaching and learning to use. Through this platform, the teachers can curricula and teaching will be the main point to knowledge in the form of publication to exercise self-testing system, available to students. And teaching can be in accordance with the actual situation, the modified test and the test situation for students for the analysis, as well as an adjustment of teaching content and teaching methods; students can log in at any time self-testing system, and have learned self-testing courses to keep control over their own learning. Exercises of this system can reduce teacher workload and improve work efficiently, and stimulate student interest in learning, so that students can learn the knowledge of the track testing, keep abreast studies, and timely adjust learning key to a better learning and improving level. Teachers can facilitate the timely and comprehensive understanding of the students grasping the situation in order to timely adjust teaching, curriculum focus and difficulties.This paper presents a Web-based system of self- testing system structure, design and ideas. Based on this, the use of new technologies ASP.NET Web and ADO.NET makes the realization of self-testing system, and use ADO.NET to generate papers.
