With the development of Internet technology,traditional industries need to be closely combined with the Internet to better reflect their own advantages.In this regard,the housing rental industry is no exception.In recent years,users have higher and higher requirements for system interface design.It is difficult to meet the needs of users only relying on designers and single design method.Therefore,in system design,it is necessary to comprehensively apply multi-disciplinary and multi-method to meet the needs of users as much as possible.Based on the theory of user experience,this paper studies the interface optimization design of the housing rental and sale system,which is based on the category of interface design and user needs,combined with multiple methods and computer tools.The research work of this paper is as follows:In order to obtain user demand,observe and record the user's behavior of operating the housing rental and sale system and conduct interviews;collect questionnaires,analyze and sort out the existing problems and obtain the factors of user experience;apply KJ method to classify the demand,use factor analysis method to extract the main factors,establish the user demand model,and use AHP to calculate the weight of demand.According to the element model of user experience,the system interface is optimized,the information architecture of the system is re planned through the correlation of the functions between the systems,the system interface design project is extracted,the user needs and evaluation indexes are corresponding,and experts are invited to determine the weight of evaluation indexes by AHP.Collect the management information interface as the initial sample,use SPSS software for clustering analysis to get the representative information management interface sample,and analyze to get the design category;based on the quantification theory I,use MATLAB software to get the design category score,the partial relationship between the design category and the evaluation index,and use genetic algorithm to optimize the design of the framework layer,and select the first three better schemes;Finally,according to the principle of interface design,the color of interface and human-computer interaction are optimized.Based on the scheme set and evaluation index set,a triangular fuzzy number TOPSIS model is constructed to calculate the relative closeness between the three better schemes and the fuzzy ideal scheme and obtain the optimal scheme.In Axure software,the interface prototype design of the optimal scheme system is completed,and the high fidelity prototype is obtained.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the system prototype.The evaluation results show that the optimized prototype can meet the needs of users.
