Tourism e-commerce is a coordinated development product of the informationtechnology industry and tourism which are two of the most dynamic sectors at the currentglobal economy. Tourism e-commerce is ushered in an unprecedented rapid development.Through the study of user experience to find shortcomings and deficiencies so that to improvethe Tourism e-commerce is the fundamental goal of user experience design.Through the definition, classification, characteristics, data analysis of Tourism e-commerce,draw the conclusion that users attitude are significant difference when useTourism e-commerce in different stages or use Tourism e-commerce by different equipment.By analyzing the Internet, e-commerce, tourism products which are the three levels ofTourism e-commerce, obtained27factors of Tourism e-commerce website user experience.Based on the analysis results designed an improved comprehensive user experienceevaluation method based on AHP and triangular fuzzy numbers method. First, establish ahierarchical structure of user experience for the entire evaluation model. Then, adjust27elements of user experience for8different using backgrounds and ultimately determine theuser experience evaluation factors. Based on user research data to determine weights of theeight different kinds of using background, and finally get weights set L. For differentevaluation factors based on fuzzy, use triangular fuzzy numbers method to determine theweighting factor as quantitative set. According to network data, determine Tourism e-commerce website user experience to obtain user feedback by questionnaire method, anddraw sample distribution. Finally base on the user feedback devise overall, horizontal, verticaland cross four kinds of calculation methods and pointed out the significance of the fourcalculation method.Use improved comprehensive user experience evaluation method based on AHP andtriangular fuzzy numbers method to take ‘www.qunar.com’as study, get the four kinds ofcalculation scores and improved some of the features based on the evaluation results. Then getuser feedback in the form of focus groups and in-depth interviews.The four kinds of calculation scores and the difference of user feedback before and afterimproved the features based on the evaluation results all proof that improved comprehensiveuser experience evaluation method based on AHP and triangular fuzzy numbers method isaccuracy and scientific,and the results of the evaluation is really helpful for improving theuser experience.
