Magnesium ethoxylates are widely used in chemical,ceramic,pharmaceutical,pesticide,perfume and detergent products,biochemical and other organic synthesis reactions,mainly as a catalyst carrier for Olefin polymerization,and the polymerization of polypropylene,high-density polyethylene and Low-density polyethylene.It is very important to design an advanced production monitoring system because of the complex process of producing ethoxylated magnesium in industry.The project uses a control scheme based on Siemens' automation.The lower computer of the control system adopts the S7-300 PLC of the Siemens,and uses the programming software Step7 V5.5 to program and configure,the automatic control of batch production process,temperature rise and fall,batch feeding and vibration dryer etc..The host computer adopts Taiwan Yanhua Industrial Control Computer and kingview software as the development platform to realize the real-time monitoring of the control system.The PLC communicates with the Industrial Ethernet.The production of ethoxylmagnesium requires high temperature,pressure,flow rate,etc..At the same time,the ratio of raw materials will have a greater impact on the product.Through this automatic control and monitoring system,under the premise of good control process conditions,to improve the quality of ethoxylated magnesium,so as to improve the production efficiency,which is the significance of this study.
