Now from the design and manufacture of machinery and equipment to install and runwith multiple and complex links, each link can not guarantee that there is no deviation, andequipment in a variety of industrial environments, when it will be running a variety ofphysical, chemical action, resulting in device failure. In order to meet production needs, thesedevices generally require continuous operation, if the device fails, not only affect productionefficiency, severe major incidents, bringing significant economic losses. Therefore, the study,the application of advanced condition monitoring systems, real-time monitoring of equipmentoperating conditions, timely warning, prevention of accidents.In this paper, refrigeration compressor RWBII-496type screw compressor engineeringbackground, the unit is the key important equipment production unit, and is designed as astandalone production, no standby unit, once a failure occurs, the entire plant would beforced to stop because they could not cooling shipped. Through research and analysis that inaddition to taking the type of unit to strengthen and improve the quality of repair partsunreasonable measures, but also to deal with the creation of the necessary crew vibrationcondition monitoring systems to ensure normal production and operationBy studying the structure and principles of the common screw compressor failure modes,designed based on screw compressor equipment condition monitoring system, which cansignal oscillation parameters will be monitored by the sensor screw compressor will beconverted into an analog electrical signal through the data acquisition unit analog electricalsignal amplification, conversion, wired data communication transmission to PC via PCmonitoring center, monitoring center computer designed with real-time monitoringconfiguration software, on-line real-time device status monitoring, and real-time alarmfunction and alarm recording function, while the design of the data acquisition softwaresystem for vibration parameters of equipment for data acquisition and storage for subsequentprocessing research.Verified by simulation experiments, we design a software system can monitor real-timemonitoring equipment running status, if abnormal vibration can display abnormal site, andthere are warning lights tips, alarm recording, to equipment condition monitoring purposes,and can fault diagnosis to provide effective follow-up data support.
