Design And Realization Of Rapeseed Cold Press Monitoring System Based On PLC And Kingview

In recent years,with the development of science and technology in China,the monitoring system has been widely used in industrial production.In the processing of rapeseed production,due to the complex process,various equipment and other reasons,resulting in the production of automation in many enterprises is relatively low,therefore,the design and development of automatic monitoring system for cold pressed rapeseed production to improve production efficiency and reduce the cost of production has important significance.In this paper,a cold press monitoring system based on PLC and Kingview is designed on the basis of an automatic transformation project of a cold pressing workshop of a rapeseed.This system based on the industrial Ethernet as the communication medium,the host computer interacts with the lower computer for the production data,The main research contents include the overall design of the rapeseed cold pressing system,the design of hardware and software,and the installation and debugging of the field.First of all,through the process of mastering cold pressed rapeseed and its production demand,put forward production monitoring strategy based on PLC and Kingview,then the design of the hardware selection of the monitoring system is discussed in detail,including the main control unit,computer,communication module,detection module,execution module device design and selection work.The function of the lower computer is to complete the acquisition and control of the physical quantity parameters in the production process.In the press process,the temperature control of the press chamber of the oil press is studied emphatically,and the fuzzy PID algorithm is designed.In this paper,the S7-200 PLC developed by SIEMENS is used as the main control unit of rapeseed cold pressing monitoring system.It has the characteristics of high stability and strong operability.We use the Kingview configuration software for system development of the monitoring system for cold pressed rapeseed.The data exchange and information acquisition between the host computer and the slave computer are realized through industrial Ethernet communication,and the control requirements are achieved.The whole monitoring system has been completed on-site installation and commissioning work,and it can run stably in actual production,meet the design control requirements,greatly improve the production efficiency of rapeseed cold pressing workshop,and it can be widely applied in rapeseed oil extraction industry.
