China is a great coal-production country, the storage quantity of national coal gangue amounts to several billions tons. The coal gangue hills not only took the massive plowland, but also caused the environmental pollutions. Along with the rapid development of building industries in recent years in our country, the demands for brick's quantity and the quality are enlarging. Since the intensity of brick taken the loess as the raw material is smaller than that taken the coal gangue as the raw material, if we take the coal gangue as the brick's raw material, it will both reduce the environmental pollutions, plowland taken, and improve the brick's quality, so such enterprises are supported by the nation. In past several years, a large number of coal gangue brick production lines have been established. With the rapid development of computer technology, the automatic control technology and the network communication, the demands presented by the industry and the mining enterprise for control systems are higher and higher. It is an urgent problem for us to apply the intelligent control technology and the computer management technology in the practical production to improve the product's quality and output, which can make some small backward brick factories that are bordering on going bankrupt obtain the vitality again. Researches and explorations on this topic have the vital significance for developing the high grade new building materials and promoting enterprises' development.According to the requests of BAO DIAN Coal Mine New Construction Materials Plant, this article designed and implemented a coal gangue hollow burning brick intelligent supervising system based on the Kingview. We provided a representative project for how to improve the supervising system's automatic control level and the management level in a safe, high effective manner.This system is divided into the remote monitoring management level located in manager's office and locale monitoring level located in monitoring office nearby the scene. The remote monitoring management level can look over the entire production line's working situations through local area network in long-distance range based on the Kingview's network function. The remote monitoring pictures including the real-time data of kiln temperature, kiln pressure, and the working situations of transducers, air blowers and kiln cars, are quite same as the locale monitoring pictures, in addition, system's parameter report forms and each parameter curve also can be printed in the remote monitoring management level, so it has the power of carrying on the monitoring and the management for entire production line. The locale monitoring level located nearby the tunnel kiln is the most important part of entire production process, it carries on the detection, display and control for kiln temperature, kiln pressure, air blower frequency, kiln cars position and so on. In order to enhance the system's the security, it is essential to establish alarm device. In order to let the different knowledge level personnel easily understand the kiln's entire working situations, this system achieved the visible monitoring which really reappeared the kiln's working situations in scene for kiln temperature, kiln pressure, kiln cars, transducers and air blowers with the vivid dynamic configuration pictures done by Kingview. This system realized the automatic management and improved the enterprise's management level to brick's output, personnel's operations and kiln's working situations based on the Kingview's rich report form functions.Compared with other kiln supervising systems, this system has the outstanding characteristics of interphone dispatching, video surveillance, remote monitoring and automatic management, these advantages have been confirmed in processes of system's installation and trial run, normal operation and improvement of operator's burning level. The system with advantages of easy manipulation, reliable operation and low development cost has passed the YAN ZHOU Mine Group's appraisal and obtained a good public praise. This system is suitable for the middle and small scale industry and mining enterprise to develop or to transform their supervising systems and provides a kind of new approach to develop modernized kiln supervising systems.
