With the concept of "Industrial 4.0" proposed by Germany,intelligent manufacturing has become a hot area of research in the global manufacturing industry.For this reason,China has formulated the "Made in China 2025" plan with the integration of the industrialization and information technology,aiming at the upgrade of manufacturing to intelligent manufacturing.It's a good opportunity to break the bottleneck of traditional MES system's application in discrete manufacturing.Therefore,this paper studied the application of MES in the digital workshop of manufacturing industry based on MES-related technology.In this dissertation,the current development situation and existing problems of MES system are expounded.Then put forward the framework of MES system in digital workshop,and studied the SCADA system oriented to MES.The system modeling is used to model the system user and the environment monitoring,equipment monitoring,production schedule monitoring,quality monitoring and so on.Analyzed and designed the data acquisition,data analysis and data communication part of the workshop SCADA system.Including the use of automatic bar code scanning technology to achieve the progress of production tracking,the use of embedded macro instruction,OPC technology to achieve equipment state data acquisition,the use of Modbus protocol to achieve environmental parameters acquisition based on intelligent instrument.And put forward the design of information process of equipment,production progress and quality.Designed The communication protocol,the message type,the message format,the message transmission process,the message verification and so on,which are based on the TCP/IP.At last,this dissertation combined with the characteristics of enterprise gear processing workshop and developed the SCADA system for MES based on visual studio 2015 under the.NET platform.The system has the functions of workshop environment monitoring,workshop equipment monitoring,production schedule monitoring,quality control,data query and statistical analysis which promoted the enterprise digital workshop construction process.
