The Research And Application Of Multi-Planning United Informational Platform Based On WebGIS

At present,China's spatial planning system has been formed as a spatial planning system composed by various industries such as land resource,housing,forestry,transportation,and water conservancy.Due to differences in administrative functions,planning priorities,spatial division standards,and administrative management systems among these departments,the standards of various planning results are inconsistent,the planning cycle is not uniform,and the form of expression is not uniform.There have been problems such as conflicts in the spatial distribution of land use between different planning results.This has led to contradictions and conflicts among "multiple planning",which has seriously affected the efficiency of urban construction project approval and reduced the efficiency of urban management decision-making and spatial resource allocation.Therefore,it is necessary to use WebGIS technology as the core support to unify the standards and specifications for multi-planning,to establish a working mechanism for business collaboration and data linkage and update,to integrate various planning spatial data information,and to establish a multi-regulatory information platform integrating EA,SOA,MIS,and GIS.The development of multi-planning for multi-planning from domestic developed cities and the research results by scholars are summarized.Key technologies such as WebGIS and SOA are analyzed.On the basis of deep understanding and analysis of the requirements of a multi-planning information platform,a design scheme of a multi-planning and one platform based on WebGIS is proposed.Finally,the development and establishment of a multi-planning information platform was realized.The results showed that,the multi-planning information platform based on WebGIS has realized the unification for results of multi-planning,comprehensive sharing and use,and has met the flexibility needs of users.Using WebGIS technology,combined with the corresponding spatial database technology,it is feasible to develop a multi-planning and unified information platform integrating SOA,EA,MIS,and GIS.The multi-planning and integrated information platform of Kunming based on WebGIS can provide reference for the other cities.
