Research And Development Of Auxiliary Decision Support System For "Multi-planning United" Based On WebGIS

Auxiliary decision support system is the main part of the information platform of "Multi-planning united",and it is also the specific application performance for the results of "Multi-planning united".WebGIS uses the Internet and WWW to improve and extend the traditional stand-alone geographic information management system(GIS).It uses of the Internet widely performance,convenience to send the space information to everyone in the country and the users from all around the world.Using the WebGIS technology into the auxiliary decision system of "Multi-planning united",can be more faster to get the information of land plan,urban plan and forestry plan,it also has very important practical significance for the successful implementation of the information platform of "Multi-planning united".On the basis of theoretical research,this paper combined the current specific situation of the project of our country,here is the main research content of this article:First of all,the Web GIS technology has been carried on the deep discussion,sets up the connection of database engine Arc SDE and Oracle,details the KQGIS technology and the interaction process between KQGIS Server client and Server,which can provide theoretical basis for system development.Secondly,it has given the data support of the system,realized the management of the integration of spatial data and attribute data,and established a relatively powerful database system,which can improve the efficiency of the system and the security of management.Thirdly,this paper developed the Auxiliary Decision Support System for "Multi-planning united ",which realized the functions of map browsing,information query,aided decision,project location,statistical reports,and so on.Meanwhile,this system has been a management which can manage the "Multi-planning united " project for Yu Lin city develop fastly,conveniently and scientifically.
