Among many health issues,AIDS is not only a major infectious disease,but also an extremely serious and complicated social and political problem,which has always been highly valued by all sectors of society.As the main source of public access to health information,mass media plays an important role in influencing audiences' cognitive attitudes and behaviors.Under the background of media technology change and Internet media flourish,Micro blog is gradually becoming an important media platform for the public to obtain all kinds of information,including health information.The interactivity,openness,aggregation and other characteristics of Micro blog also provide more possibilities for health information transmission.Under the Internet environment,mainstream media still have strong credibility,communication power,influence and guiding power.As a new mainstream media that attracts a lot of attention,what characteristics does "@The paper" have in the spread of AIDS issues on the micro blog platform,and whether there are any problems,and whether it has enlightenment significance for the spread of AIDS issues on other new mainstream media in China,which are the important orientation of this study.Based on health communication perspective,this research has focused on the new mainstream media "@The paper" the spread of HIV/AIDS issues,in order to "@The paper" account on the micro blogging platform release of HIV/AIDS related text content(2014-2018)as the research object,combining the theory of agenda-setting theory,framework,using the content analysis method analysis "@The paper " propagation characteristics of HIV/AIDS issues and audience framework,summarizes "@The paper " the spread of the AIDS issue,reflect on problems in transmission.Finally,it summarizes the communication strategies with reference significance.
