The development of information technology not only brings new opportunities for banks,but also brings great challenges to the development of human resource management informatization.At present,the banking industry,relying on the Internet information technology,has completed the construction of human resource management information system.Therefore,at present,commercial banks should focus on optimizing resource allocation,fully reflect the advantages brought by HRM information system,and give full play to the importance of HRM in the banking industry.In this paper,the human resource management information system and the concept of the human resource management,a clear distinction,and the content involved in human resource management information system and introduces in detail its basic function,on the basis of related literature,in view of the human resource theory and the theory of management information system are introduced respectively.After learning and sorting out related theories of human resource management information system,it is found that the informationization degree of human resource management needs to be improved at present.The establishment and improvement of human resource management information system will make up for the previous deficiencies,which is of great significance for its future development.Taking Xinjiang Bank as the research object,this paper analyzes the implementation status of the human resource management information system of Xinjiang Bank from four aspects,including recruitment information management module,training information management module,salary information management module and performance information management module.Through questionnaire survey,field survey,literature search and other ways to find out the various modules of Xinjiang Bank in the human resource management information system exposed defects.Combined with the current situation of the bank's human resource information management system,from the recruitment,training,salary,performance and other modules.The optimization goals of the human resource management information system are formulated,and the optimization strategies of the recruitment information management module,the training information management module,the salary information management module and the performance information management module are formulated according to the goals.And from the management level,technical level,financial level to put forward the guarantee measures of Xinjiang Bank human resource management information system optimization.By further summarizing the challenges and possible countermeasures faced by the human resources system in the face of massive staff management in the contemporary banking industry,this paper summarizes and summarizes the full text.According to the previous research on the development trend of the system,this paper makes a reasonable prediction on the direction of human capital management in the banking industry in the future,and strives to provide certain reference value for the construction of the human capital system of the bank through this paper.
