With the rapid development of wireless communication technologies,wireless video services are becoming more and more widely used,and users' expectations for the quality of wireless video are gradually increasing.In order to improve the quality of the user experience,to retain the user base and to expand the user scale,to evaluate and further optimize the quality of the experience of the wireless video service is of great significance for ensuring a good experience for the user to watch the video.It is also the focus of video service providers and operators.This paper focuses on the quality of experience of wireless video services,and studies the quality of user experience estimation model.Firstly,based on a large number of literatures on quality of user experience for wireless video services,this paper gives the definition quality of user experience,summarizes the subjective and obj ective quality assessment methods and principles of wireless video services,and elaborates on wireless.The video service has no reference QoE evaluation model,including ITU-T G.1070 model,evaluation model based on nearest neighbor algorithm,the evaluation model based on reverberation propagation neural network,and the evaluation model based on circular back propagation network.Secondly,aiming at the evaluation of quality of user experience for wireless video service,proposed a QoE evaluation model based on Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process.Firstly,the terminal parameters and network layer affecting the QoE of wireless video service,The parameters such as image characteristics and content characteristics are analyzed,and the influencing factors of QoE for wireless video are determined,which are video content features,network layer service quality,terminal quality and image feature layer.At the same time,the corresponding influencing factors of each impact level are determined.Then,the evaluation model is established by FAHP,and the influence of various factors on the QoE of the wireless video service is verified by the network simulation and the user's main observation evaluation.Finally,a non-reference quality evaluation model based on Radial Basis Function Neural Networks(RBFN)is proposed for the evaluation of quality of user experience for wireless video services.The evaluation principle and algorithm flow of RBFN QoE estimation model.Finally,the simulation and other four typical non-reference evaluation models are used to compare and verify that the RBFN-based QoE estimation model proposed in this paper has the best performance in evaluation accuracy,with the lowest mean square error and the highest pearson correlation coefficient.
