In the context of the development of smart grids and the energy Internet,power communication networks,as important support networks for power systems,have received increasing attention for their safe and stable operation and the quality of their services.The backbone transmission network is an important part of the power communication network.It is mainly responsible for the transmission of production control and management services.Its network structure is becoming more and more complex,and the types of services are becoming more and more diverse.It is very extensive,and the relationship between the factors has become extremely complicated.Under these conditions,in order to improve the operation and management level of the power communication network,the service quality of the power communication network needs to be comprehensively evaluated.Therefore,the research on the service risk assessment method of the power communication backbone transmission network is of great significance.Existing power communication service risk assessment methods rely too much on the service quality attributes of the public network,and generally use general service performance parameters as evaluation indicators to measure the quality of a single service.There is a certain one-sidedness in this service quality evaluation method.On the one hand,the evaluation method cannot fully reflect the overall characteristics of the communication network;on the other hand,the evaluation method does not reflect the particularity of the power communication backbone transmission network service.In order to solve the problem that the risk assessment method of the power communication backbone transmission network cannot comprehensively consider the risk factors,this paper evaluates the service risk of the power communication backbone transmission network based on the actual power communication backbone transmission network operation statistics.First,this paper comprehensively consider the factors that affect service risk from several aspects such as natural risk,human risk and assessor knowledge.Second,this paper based on the basic risk model,identify the failure scenarios of the backbone transmission network,determine the failure probability and service loss model.Establish a comprehensive service risk assessment model that includes optical fiber,communication equipment,communications services,and the entire network.Then,this paper based on the established risk model,an effective risk assessment method is proposed,which comprehensively analyzes the system and combines the collected data to network risk is calculated;finally,this paper depending on actual research projects,engineering examples are selected to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed risk assessment method for the backbone transmission network service,and recommendations for risk control measures are given with reference to the evaluation results.The experimental results show that the risk assessment model and method proposed in this paper can effectively quantify the service risks of the power communication backbone transmission network,provide certain reference basis for decision makers,and have certain engineering value.
