With the rapid development of the media industry,the market competition in the newspaper industry has been increasing rapidly.Avoiding the loss of core employees and competing for talents are the key to maintaining the company's core competitiveness,and it has become an important management task in the development of the company.Work is an important part of creating company value.For newspaper companies,their most important competitiveness is the company's overall professional capabilities and knowledge,and these are all in the hands of their core employees,retaining core talents and avoiding them.The loss of core staff can create more value for the company.On the contrary,it will affect the competitiveness of the company,it is not conducive to the enthusiasm of employees to play,easy to make the company atmosphere depressed,work efficiency decline,efficiency decline,etc.,this article hopes to use the typical case of the core management of th e mobile newspaper company in H province.Hope to get some inspiration from solving problems.In this paper,Firstly,based on the H province newspaper group's core staff turnover,this paper will introduce the core personnel loss situation of H province newspaper group,and the effects of the loss for the H province newspaper group.Secondly,based on the questionnaire survey to the core staff,we can know the know work situation of H province newspaper group.Thirdly,On the basis of questionnaire and depth interview,we can know the main influence factors of H province newspaper group's core staff turnover.Finally,based on the analysis of the influence of the core staff turnover,combined with the human resources incentive theory,this paper will put forward some effective measures to prevent core staff turnover.The contribution of the article is to analyze the influencing factors of core employee turnover through the methods of literature research,questionnaire surveys,interviews,etc.,and propose the establishment of a market-based employment mechanism,establishment of a reasonable incentive mechanism,and strengthening of corporate culture construction and employee training.
