After entering the cloud era,big data has gradually received great attention from the public.In the current social environment,the advantages of big data applications are becoming more and more obvious,and the scope involved is becoming more and more extensive.E-commerce,logistics and distribution,O2 O,etc.,various fields that use big data to develop are helping companies to continue to develop new Business,to innovate the operating model.In the environment of big data,software companies not only encounter new opportunities,but also encounter new challenges.After being impacted by big data technology,in order to ensure that the actual needs of customers can be effectively met,software service companies need to upgrade their existing technologies,adjust their management models,and improve their competitive advantages in the market.Therefore,it is a very necessary task to analyze the competitiveness of software companies in the big data environment.This research summarized and sorted out the literature and materials related to big data,enterprise competitiveness,and software enterprise competitiveness in the theoretical field.Based on the existing relevant theoretical knowledge,combined with the current specific situation of China Science and Technology Co.,Ltd.,based on Big data background,analyzed the competitiveness of enterprises from the perspectives of product competitiveness,customer management relationships,big data marketing,etc.Finally,based on the above analysis,combined with the specific situation of China Science and Technology Co.,Ltd.,aiming at how to enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise A corresponding optimization plan was developed.The conclusions obtained in this study are:First,in terms of customer relationship management,the company has many key problems,such as lack of data support in products,insufficient customer value,etc.,and it has formulated corresponding strategies for how to optimize customer relationship management;second,the company's R&D The main problems are: R&D projects are relatively risky,the product development cycle is relatively long,the work efficiency of the product development process is relatively low,and the existing problems cannot be effectively solved,etc.,combined with the current Under the specific circumstances,corresponding strategies have been formulated for how to improve the competitiveness of software products,including optimizing and perfecting the company's software management quality process and improving the product R&D organization.Third,this research focuses on the marketing system.The aspect began to implement big data marketing and discussed how to build a big data marketing system from the four perspectives of product,channel,promotion and price,to realize the closed loop of big data marketing,and it has certain reference value for enterprises to carry out big data marketing activities.
