With the comprehensive arrival of the Internet era,the rapid development of information technology drives the transformation of all walks of life in China into digital construction.As the heart of the information industry-server,by the impact of the growing demand for data center construction,its attention and technology update speed is also increasing.Domestic and foreign brand server manufacturers compete to enter the market to compete,datang software independent brand server as a new era of information industry entrants,how to take a place in the mature competitive environment,is the research content of this paper.The purpose of this paper is to understand the customer demand,the demand for in-depth analysis,for datang software company's server products to work out an effective competitive strategy.The author first analyzes the overall development trend of the server industry,from the impact of the macro environment at home and abroad,and then analyzes the status quo of the domestic server market in detail.Then the Michael Porter's five forces model and SWOT analysis are used to further analyze the external and internal environment of datang software server.Based on the status quo of the server market and the development plan of datang software company,the conclusions and marketing Suggestions are drawn on the basis of the results obtained through analysis and the actual situation of the enterprise.Finally,from the four marketing dimensions of product,price,promotion and place,the thesis develops the strategy of server competition.In this paper,it is found that the accurate mining of demand and the formulation of selection criteria in line with customer demand are crucial to the final selection of server procurement.Therefore,the company should strengthen the comprehensive coordination ability of sales in front-end excavation,product department timely follow up the formulation of the plan,the technical part timely feedback and display the latest technical achievements.In the initial stage of market development,the company should improve its internal pre-sales,sales,after-sales,r&d and other links of ability,in order to lay a good foundation for server products.In the market competition,we should timely analyze the changes in the market,improve our product technology to meet the market demand,create our own brand ecological chain,and realize the vision of basically controllable independent research and development of domestic servers as soon as possible.
