With the continuous integration between Information Technology(IT)and Operation Technology(OT),the importance of a unified network architecture has gradually become prominent.In particular,the development of industrial Internet,smart manufacturing,big data,etc.makes the integration between the two need further development.But in terms of communication,IT and OT have different requirements for their needs,so the integration of the two is more difficult.Data in the Internet and information industries require more bandwidth,and real-time and certainty are key issues in the industrial industry.These data generally cannot be transmitted through the same network.Therefore,a key that is indispensable in industrial integration is a unified solution.At present,Time Sensitive Network(TSN)is a communication technology jointly promoted by domestic and foreign industries.IEEE defines a set of standards for Time Sensitive Networks(TSN)and provides mechanisms to support deterministic and real-time communication.Realizing network configuration in current network deployment is one of the key goals.The elements in this case include the configuration of the communication flow in the network and the configuration of the terminal equipment.The IEEE 802.1 Qcc standard proposes different configuration models to implement TSN configuration.So far,TSN and its configuration are mainly aimed at Ethernet-based industrial networks.This work focuses on a fully centralized model.IEEE 802.1 Qcc provides a solution model.Regarding the specific specifications of its implementation,users/networks can be selected from user requests The interface(UNI)protocol and the selection of the protocol for the deployment configuration interface are developed.This article mainly studies the time-sensitive network system configuration from the perspective of the interface.The specific content is as follows:(1)Combined with demand analysis,a TSN system configuration interface scheme is proposed.The scheme is based on a completely centralized model,including a management plane,a control plane,a data plane,and a northbound interface and a southbound interface.Based on a fully centralized model,it can support centralized user configuration(CUC)entities to discover end stations,retrieve end station functions and user needs,and configure TSN related features in end stations.(2)Based on the time-sensitive network system configuration interface scheme,the design and implementation of the component modules in the scheme have been completed.The northbound interface REST API can realize the configuration of specific scene parameters through the Web GUI interface,and after the conversion is delivered to the CNC through the component CUC.The southbound interface is based on NETCONF/YANG and sends the flow table and configuration to the TSN switch through CNC,and the specific protocol configuration of the switch can be realized through the southbound interface.Combined with the IEEE 802.1 Qbv and IEEE 802.1 Qbu protocols,it can realize the gating sequence configuration and frame preemption of different priority traffic.(3)Configure interfaces and plans according to time-sensitive network systems,build a test environment,and perform interface performance analysis in combination with specific business scenarios,including important protocol verification of interface modules,data transmission performance analysis,etc.This paper builds a test platform based on the NXP TSN board equipped with OpenIL version 1.9 system,and proposes test cases in combination with related protocols such as IEEE 802.1 AS and IEEE 802.1 Qbv.It can correctly test the reliable transmission of messages and data,and detect the time-aware shaper.Port function and time slot parameters,through the interface function and performance test,prove the effectiveness of the proposed interface scheme in the configuration system of time-sensitive network.
