TL1 NorthBound Interface Design And Implement In NetWork Management System

With the rapid development of communication in our country,the communication network is extending gradually,and the category and the quantity of the equipment is increasing, therefore, the complexity of the whole network is enhanced increasingly.The intent of construct synthesized network management system is to largely use the telecom network resource, improve the quality and efficiency of the network and reduce the management cost of telecom management.It is emergency to construct the synthesized network management system to higher the enterprise's economic benefit.As an important proportion in this system,TL1 northbound interface is mostly used for operation support system finishing Operation Send Out of telecom management.It follows the tradition telecom system integrate protocol,using the TL1 protocol in North America as the command format protocol. Having advantages of simple and intelligible, it is the most popular northbound interface and widely used.After analyzing the TL1 protocol,iMAP platform and ACE technical ,based on the requirement of market,the paper describes the whole design scheme of the Northbound Interface,that is frame plus service dynamic lib pattern.The paper also describes the modules of the frame and there functions.Based on the puzzles in the specific module designing of the project,the paper focurs on analyzing and summarizing three modules,that is service processing module,message distributing module and service configurating module.The project uses Active object to realize analyze complex processing flow in the service processing module; uses multiple thread technical to distribute message and scan timeout messages in the message distributing module simultaneously; uses service configurator pattern to realize the servcei configurating module.These technics enchance the extension and flexibility for the project.Afterwards,we introduce the test work after project coding and analyse the test result. Finally the paper shows the place where the interface can be extended and optimized.
