China population base is large.With the gradual increase in the degree of aging,my country's pension security system is facing increasing financial pressure.In order to effectively alleviate the pressure on my country's pension system,my country has implemented a reform of the social pension security system,which has initially taken shape a three-pillar system of old-age security based on basic old-age insurance,enterprise annuity,and personal commercial old-age insurance.As an important part of the three pillars of pension,enterprise annuity has a relatively short development time in my country,and there are still certain deficiencies in the system and scale.As one of the mainstream industries in society,the media industry has a wide distribution of employees and a large base.It studies the situation of enterprise annuities in the media industry and analyzes the satisfaction degree and replacement rate of the media industry enterprise annuities that has important theoretical and practical significance.This article first reviews the development history of enterprise annuities,and introduces the status quo of enterprise annuities in my country in terms of development scale and growth rate,coverage,and regional development differences.Secondly,this article conducts a satisfaction survey of corporate annuity contribution rates for employees in the media industry,and then calculates the replacement rate of corporate annuities in the media industry.The calculation results show that under the same conditions,the replacement rate of male employees is higher than the female employees;the corporate annuity replacement rate changes in the opposite direction to the initial payment age of employees,and changes in the positive direction to the payment rate.When the initial payment age is 25 and the payment rate is 10%,the highest rate of male employees and female employees The replacement rate levels are18.85% and 18.24%.Respectively,if the retirement time of male employees and female employees is extended to 65 and 60 years old,the replacement rate levels of male and female employees are 28.28% and 23.84%.Finally,this article combines the experience of western developed countries and the characteristics of the media industry,and puts forward several opinions on the design of enterprise annuity operations in the media industry: First,establish and improve the linkage mechanism between the payment period and the enjoyment of benefits.Second,use different standard of enterprise annuity payment.Third,adopt diversified payment methods.Fourth,strengthen the legal system of enterprise annuities.Fifth,promote the reform of enterprise annuity investment mechanism.Sixth,improve the construction of intermediary supporting institutions for enterprise annuities.Seventh,gradually extend the retirement age.
