The Design And Implementation Of Trust Mode Enterprise Annuity Management System

Along with the guadual maturity of China’s social security sysytem, enterprise annuity, as supplementary endowment insurance, has become an important part of the social security system.Thus,the management and use of enterprise annuity become the focus of attention.In the process of enterprise annuity peration standardization and market-oriented developing, enterprise annuity management become the mainstream in the current. However, the complex management process has brought great distress for the enterprise.Therefore, using computer to manage enterprise annuity is imperative.And how to make use of computer to realize enterprise annuity management mode is attracting more of our attention.In the operation process of the enterprise annuity,Many enterprises leave the management to their bank of deposit.In order to meet the needs of a certain Railway Bureau annuity,Hohhot branch of China Merchants Bank have developed this enterprise annuity management system which was based on the trustor mode.This paper,by the way of studying enterprise annuity theory, have investiged and analysised the actual situation of a certain Railway Bureau as an example,and have put forward a solution of enterprise annuity system,which was based on the trustor system. Finally, the author have designed the system, designed the method of the system transaction processing, the database,and realized the web page. In this system, designers have considered the Enterprise network characteristics,and have combined the enterprise annuity payment, query, management, statistical analysis and other management functions.This system has had the various pension management problems of a certain Railway Bureau solved, which was found in the practical research, such as the more complex management, the age structure of employees, the complex investment preference etc.This system has been based on the stable and reliable B/S mode, which use JAVA as the programming language and Oracle as database. At present, this system is now comprehensive used by a certain Railway Bureau, and widely agreed to be good.
