Design And Implementation Of Enterprise Annuity Account Information Management System

The problem of retirement pension is increasingly concerned by many employees of enterprises.In recent years,even China's economic development is advancing by leaps and bounds,the problems of population aging has brought more and more pressure to the national finance.The primary endowment insurances cannot guarantee the quality of employees' retirement lives.In order to guarantee the quality of life of employees' retirement lives better,the government advocates the establishment of enterprise annuity,and has formulated the measures for enterprise annuity.As the second pillar of endowment insurance,the development of enterprise annuity system will benefit the country as well as the people,and will win a broad market.So in this case,it is a powerful complement and force in the financial market.Industry software is indispensable in the era of technological informationization.However,as China's annuity business is still in the initial stage of development and the coverage rate is low,the software in the annuity industry is relatively late and has gained low focus.It cannot meet the needs of the annuity account keeper very well because there exits many problems,such like the fewer quantity,the imperfection of most annuity accounting systems,the poor linkage among functions,the poor work efficiency,the backwardness of development techniques,the heavy overheads of system maintenance,the complexity of code writing,the inconvenience of software developing.In order to better meet the needs of annuity business,combined with the actual business needs of enterprise account management,this paper develops a new annuity account management system for enterprise annuity account managers by discussing the existing annuity knowledge and annuity account management system.This paper aims to improve the deficiencies of existing systems and develop new advantages.This system is developed in Eclipse development software,based on JAVA language.It uses the well-functioning SSH2 framework to do the fusion upgrade with the aid of SCA components,and innovatively divides the system into five-layer architecture,which is more suitable and easier to layer development.In this paper,FineReport report software is also embedded in the system,which reduces the difficulty of report development and improves the efficiency of development.Oracle database is used to satisfy the application of the system in the whole industry.After testing,the system's application and operation is qualified,and all functions are running smoothly;with characteristics of easy operation,fine experience,high expandability,other functional components can be expended into the system directly;the coupling is very low,and the layered development is much clearer;the code reusability is high,which greatly reduces the coding work;the report development and design is quick and easy;the system shows advantages of lightweight,low overhead and fast operation;the time of the system environment building is short.For the account administrator,the system is a product with correct business,easy operation and good experience.It can help the account manager to better handle the annuity account management information.In the aspect of product follow-up maintenance and upgrading,we can sort out the practical function development according to user's needs feedback,and carry out developments for more convenient and flexible,faster service upgrading and personalized customization.
