In order to imporve competitive power of human-resources,enterprises have already designed the attractive project of enterprise annuity one afteranother and keep it running to achieve the strategic target o f human-resourcesmanagement. Under this background, how to design a perfect and effective enterpriseannuity management information system becomes an essential problem.From the perspective of insurance companies, this paper, according to thecharacteristics of the enterprise annuity management requirements have formed a setof suitable insurance enterprise annuity management system through research,analysis and design. The paper applys the technology of JavaEE and relatedtechnologies to design and develop a complete set of management information systemof enterprise annuity through the process of requirements analysis, detailed design,module selection, programming, software testing. The system on the basis of DBMSdatabase management system, using EJB technology for the realization, Bea Weblogic as the application server and the MVC three layer structure as the systemarchitecture, implements the effective management of enterprise annuity accountinformation resources.Firstly, this paper focuses on sorting out the basic theory of enterprise annuityand the related important technical methods. Then, according to the characteristics ofthe enterprise annuity account information, the basic information module of enterpriseemployees has been designed. Finally, it focuses on designing the operation interfaceand operating environment of the information system and summarizing itsshortcomings and defects to improve the system. |
